Energetic audio video spectacle, 2010-08-15
The title of my review says it all. I am watching Amsterdam as I write this. It is a high energy sexy spectacle. Tina is simply amazing as a singer performer and entertainer. The band, recoding, both audio and video are absolutely first rate as well. The only thing lacking here is blu Ray! Deserves 6 stars!

An excellent performance. Is is no less than amazing that at his age and recent heart attack, that he can give such an energic performance. He held nothing back. Fantastic all the way to the end, and what an end!!! The orchestra was very complimentary to his music. Wasn't sure how that would sound, but it was great. It gave it great depth!. Overall - stunning performance!

What can I say about this DVD except that it is amazing from start to finish. Tina is like a fine wine - she gets better with age and man is she good in this concert.
If you're a Tina Turner fan, you must get this DVD set. I was on my feet the entire time dancing, singing, screaming, clapping, laughing...just having a blast!
THIS IS TINA TURNER AT HER BEST! That unique unfailing voice, the hair, the mouth, the legs, the signature moves, THE ENERGY! Wow!. She is gooood! And how old was she when she did this concert tour? 57? I wanna be her when I grow up. She's my favorite singer and one of my favorite human beings. I love Pink too, but Tina is number 1.
The band is on fire. The dancers are amazing. The fans are as Tina says, "wonderful."
You will not be disappointed. This DVD is going in my safety deposit box. LOL! It's just THAT GOOD!
