Great Light!, 2010-02-24
I've had this light for a while after winning it at a party. It's awesome, just great. I usually keep it in my purse. It's illuminated dark stairwells, walks at night, and helped change flat tires at night. Great light for every day use... and the LEDs are BRIGHT. A great choice for anyone looking for a portable light.
Too expensive, 2010-02-26
got 10 of these for $10 on ebay. good little lights but dont overpay.
No strap, cheap batteries., 2010-03-17
This is an OK flashlight at its relatively cheap price. It did not come with a strap as pictured and the batteries were heavy-duty no-name Chinese brand. The flashlight and batteries did not come with any literature or even branding--just a heat-sealed plastic bag. Fit and finish were okay, though there was some aluminum flash from the casting. It is aluminum and plastic with somewhat thin rubber o-ring seals so it's fairly lightweight, but I wouldn't want to get it wet, nor would I want to leave it exposed outside or in extreme temps. I replaced the batteries with some alkalines and it does give good light. I'll keep it in the kitchen drawer for emergencies.

I regret purchasing this item. You can tell that it is cheaply made. The flashlight itself gives off black pigment onto your hands. Not all that bright either.
BRIGHT, BRIGHT LIGHT !, 2010-02-27
This is a very impressive little flashlight. Really lights up the space! I gave it only four stars because it did not come with a strap as pictured, and because, though it is called "chrome," it is really a sort of brushed aluminum. I don't care about the finish, but I did want the strap. The batteries go in easily, the compartment screws shut securely, and the whole package is very lightweight but sturdy. I got three: one to carry in my purse, another to keep next to my bed, and the third to go in the glovebox of the car. Very nice!
