Lifehouse
Lifehouse is singer-guitarist Jason Wade, drummer Rick Woolstenhulme and bassist-singer Bryce Soderberg. These three guys are a hit making machine! Jason Wade proved himself a gifted songwriter with Lifehouse's first record, 2000's multiplatinum No Name Face, which spawned the #1 hit "Hanging by a Moment." Calling that song a hit, however, is a bit of an understatement as "Hanging by a Moment" was the most-played song of 2001. Stanley Climbfall, the band's Top 10 follow-up, was released in 2002. 2005 saw the release of their third album simply titled Lifehouse which included the undeniable hit #1 multi-format hit "You And Me" and kept the band out on the road touring for over a year. With Who We Are, Lifehouse takes another evolutionary step making an upbeat album full of potential hits sure to please fans and make new ones.

Elvis Presley
Revised with 2 significant tracks and artwork not previously included. When Elvis was growing up, the Presley family attended the First Assembly Of God church in Tupelo and subsequently in Memphis. Elvis's music was greatly influenced by attending these churches, but reglious music came to Elvis in many shapes and forms. Religious songs were often part of the repertoire for country stars on the Grand Ol' Opry - a syndicated radio Nashville broadcast that the Presley's almost always tuned into on Saturdays. As a teen, Elvis and his friends would sneak into churches in the black neighborhoods to catch the lively music of a different musical heritage. The welcoming congregation and uplifting sound opened up Elvis's understanding of the multiple facets of reglious music. ULTIMATE GOSPEL provides testament to Elvis's musical excellence and acknowledges the priceless contribution of the talented songwriters, musicians and producers involved.

Third Day
With the release of its 11th studio album Revelation, Third Day's Mac Powell, Tai Anderson, Mark Lee and David Carr have hit new heights as Christian music's premiere rock band. Recorded in Los Angeles, the first time Third Day has worked on a project outside of the South, Third Day's signature rock sounds gets an infusion of new energy thanks to the band's new collaboration with producer by Howard Benson (Daughtry, Flyleaf, Hoobastank, P.O.D.). With his heart on his sleeve, frontman and principal lyricist Mac Powell gives voice to the emotions all believers feel as they attempt to reconcile everyday struggles with the hope born of salvation. The result is a new chapter in Third Day's story; it is truly a musical revelation.

Amy Grant
Amy Grant's first Christmas album is not only one of the best recordings of her career, it's easily one of the best contemporary Christmas collections available. Grant's Christian beliefs have been incorporated into her music for years, and maybe it's the artistic translation of the depth of her faith that makes these songs so inspiring. "Emmanuel" and "Angels We Have Heard on High" have Grant's vocals soaring, especially on the sustained chorus of the latter. Her country roots show nicely in "Tennessee Christmas," while "Sleigh Ride" is as fun as it is romantic. "Heirlooms" is particularly poignant--maybe not to the point of "hand me a tissue," but it's powerful all the same. A must for fans, and a good holiday addition for those looking for a Christmas record that comes without the cobwebs. --Steve Gdula
